Bottom line. Subscription renewal requests are not reaching BridgerPay. After an approved initial payment, the plugin normally saves the payment details to the order (bridger_pay_order_completed_data: charge id, uuid, psp_name, and the saved-card customer token). That save stopped on January 30, 2026 at 14:31 UTC. Initial payments still approve and settle, but with no stored token the renewal aborts locally with “This order does not have bridgerpay payment details” and no API call is ever made. Because no charge request is created, there are no failed renewal transactions in your portal for these orders, which is itself the evidence.

Subscriptions whose initial order was created after 2026-01-30 14:31 UTC. No payment details saved at purchase, renewal aborts locally, request never reaches BridgerPay. Matches your finding of no renewal transactions on your side.

CLASS B“Invalid customer ID”Feb to May 2026

Subscriptions with stored payment details (saved before Jan 30). The renewal reached BridgerPay and was rejected because the stored customer/vault token no longer resolves. Traceable example: renewal 288787 (parent 269540), attempts from 2026-02-16 02:35 UTC, retried ~every 12h.

CLASS CNMI “no permission to use the Customer Vault” code 300Jun 1 onward · 1,966 notes

Charges that reach NMI through BridgerPay are declined with vault-permission code 300. Affects stored-card renewals and some new checkout verifications. Portal-searchable examples:

Five documented examples

Initial payment approved through the BridgerPay cashier on May 28 to 29, renewal attempted June 29 (30 days later), six automatic retries through July 6, all failing with the same local error. Cashier references follow BGP{order number}.

What a healthy order’s saved details look like (pre-Jan 30)

The bridger_pay_order_completed_data meta the plugin saved on every approved order until Jan 30, 2026. Example from order 270642 (the last day it worked). Orders after 2026-01-30 14:31 UTC have no such meta, and the renewal flow requires it to charge the saved card.

Initial-transaction IDs are not stored on our side

You asked for the transaction IDs of the initial charges. We do not have them, and their absence is another symptom of the same issue. WooCommerce has a native transaction_id column the gateway populates on a completed payment. Every order before the cutoff has it; every order after is blank.

Audit approved-webhook and payment-details delivery to checkout.toponefutures.com since Jan 30, 2026.
Investigate the “Invalid customer ID” rejections (Feb to May) and the NMI Customer Vault code-300 declines (Jun 1 onward). Did our MID migrate or lose vault access? Renewal 410222 / REFID 42233579 is a concrete traceable example.
Tell us what state the integration needs so automatic renewals work again, and whether customer tokens for charges since Jan 30 can be backfilled so existing subscribers do not have to re-enter cards.
